Transmission rebuilt on 3/17/2011 paid $2,637.20

Transmission failed after 50,000 miles 8/28/2014

Transmission rebuilt again 9/03/14 paid $325.00 Glen wanted $740.00

Transmission failed again 09/26/2014

Transmission rebuilt again 10/01/2014 paid $0

Fleet would not give us a warranty on the parts or the repair work.

Fleet also requested that we pay for the tow from Buchanan VA to Roanoke VA,

we drove it to Fleet.

Glen and the whole staff were very unprofessional, even hung the phone up on my husband while he was pleading with them for a warranty on at least the parts. We would not recommend anyone to trust them to do any kind of work.

My Husband spoke with Glen (Tech) over the phone on 9/30/2014 to plead again for a warranty on the parts they installed. Glen became very adgitated when asked if he installed uesed or new parts on our truck; he said he could rip out the transmission and leave our truck out on the street if that is what we wanted. Glen said he did not want us to bring our truck back to his shop, and asked when we were going to pick the truck up.

Glen continued to state how he had thousands of dollars in the re-repair of the re-built transmission, and how he was trying to work with us. If Glen installed Thousands of dollars of New parts, then why would Fleet not give us the manufacturs warranty?

The Invoices for the first two repairs show 6.70 Hrs. labor to remove the transmission and the last invoice shows 3.00 to remove the transmission; all three dates of repair, Fleet kept our truck for 7 to 10 days. Everything that we incountered with Fleet and all of the staff seemed to be very sketchy.

I just hope that my Husband is not left stranded again; on the way to work on the side of the Interstate.
