This is the email I sent them:
FlixAddict,
You run a very sleazy operation.
1. You ask for a Credit Card, even for a 'Free' or 'Trial' Account
2. You try your best to trick users into choosing a 'Trial' account, trying to hide the 'Regular' account
3. You don't carry the movies that FALSELY LINK to your site
4. You make the user CALL to cancel the REGULAR account - you only allow the choice to cancel a PREMIUM account.
I feel dirty just having interacted with you and your website. Improve your collection of movies and services and you will not need to scam us. Shame on you.
