Purchased whole house laminate flooring, within 2 years it peeled like paper and not formica. Contacted the main office by phone and e-mail, no responce
went to the store, they told me that I had to hire a flooring inspector for $250 to look at the floor BEFORE they would "help" me file a "manufacturer warranty" complaint. The product had a warranty paper that says the manufacturer may hire a third party to look at the floor AFTER I file the claim. The store obvoiusly does not want me to file a claim. They are standing in the way of me filing a claim with the manufacturer by imposing a store policy that does not exsist.
