Flooring2you, Cheapflooring Received damaged goods, seller would not refund or send good product St. Louis Missouri
In June I bought quite a bit of laminate tile from the Seller, flooring2you. The shipping was a bit slow, but it eventually showed up.
My mistake, I didn't order enough so I re-ordered several more boxes. When the boxes showed up, Fed-X just dropped them off and took off.
When I got home, the first box was visibally damaged in the corner. I immediately notified the seller, who quickly agreed to take steps and get me another box right away.
Meanwhile, the installer came and inspected the other 4 boxes. They were also damaged, although harder to locate. Again, called seller who agreed to ship me boxes by Friday that would be here Tuesday.
That was two months ago, and repeated calls to the seller (at least 20) eventually went unanswered. I wrote emails, continued to call, but nothing. I called the manufacturer, went to Fed-X to look for the replacment tile, and came to the conclusion the seller wanted me to go away.
Meanwhile my house sat undone, installer was mad, my oven wasn't connected, no washer and dryer, and nothing.
The seller didn't seem like a bad guy, but customer service was not his strong point. I have close to $600 of tile sitting here and my house is still not done.
I filed complaints with PayPay, Ebay, adn Square Trade - but of course, too much time had passed because the seller kept me thinking replacement was on it's way.
I need help, and if anyone knows where I can go, let me know.
