Completely unprofessional, this guy brings his wife to work with him who is more of a distraction then a help. they yelled, cussed and berated each other the entire time. She also would not leave my fiancee alone while she was there. Even while my fiancee was trying to rest or do homework, this lady would not stop. They did a pretty decent job on the tiles but left some small holes where the grout is supposed to be. Some of the smaller pieces by the walls, were not even grouted. He put the molding on top of it to hold it down. Who does that?
He also kept adding extra charges. When we asked for a quote, we advised exactly what needed to be done and he still added charges on top of his quote. This man should definitely not be in business.
As for the molding, some he put back on with a white paste, some with a clear gel (looks atrocious) and some he half a*s tacked into the wall with no adhesive, He broke a few pieces and did not even bother to put them back together, just tacked them half a*s to the wall.
My fiancee had painted our walls and had to repaint them after these "contractors" were done. There was grout and adhesive ALL over the bottom half of the walls as well as large nicks in the door ways moldings as well as above the floor moldings where he pulled them off.
THE BIGGEST OFFENSE; MY FIANCEE LEFT THEM THERE BY THEMSELVES ON THEIR LAST DAY BECAUSE SHE HAD TO GO THE THE SCHOOL CAMPUS TO GET HOMEWORK DONE (BECAUSE THE LADY WOULDNT LEAVE HER ALONE) AND THEY WOULD NOT LEAVE HER ALONE. HER ENGAGEMENT RING THAT SHE LEFT ON THE BATHROOM SINK DISAPPEARED AS THEY DID BEFORE SHE GOT HOME TO INSPECT.
They also claim they accept credit cards which we thought was perfect as we get airline miles but he would only take checks claiming he was having banking issues.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, YOU ABSOLUTELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. YOU WILL ALSO BE SHELLING OUT MORE CASH AFTERWARDS TO REPAIR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. I WOULD NOT WISH THIS GUY ON EVEN MY ENEMIES.
