I too am a victim of this executive search firm who informed me and sweet talked into thinking that they would be able to locate and provide interviews in securing employment, since I was new to the area. I handed over $6400 and within a month after visting with Jeff Shine, asked for my money back. He informed me that they do NOT give any money back, yet no where on a contract does it state that. I was as polite and professional as I could be and continued hoping that there would be improvement. Have countless of emails, between myself and Mr. Shine with regards to my portfolio and yes we are all polite and professional during this time.

I was dissatisfied with all the work that was done and repeatedly had to make corrections to a resume that was almost an exact copy of the one I had sent them. They took over 2 1/2 months to get a so called portfolio out( which is a resume) and I never received one call for an interview. (In fact, I never received any calls from Florida Executive Search to check on my progress.) Explanation that the economy is in turmoil. That they are doing all they can to try and help me secure employment, yet Not one phone call, from over 200 so called emails that were sent to companies...Really, I find that hard to believe. I repeatedly asked for my money back, with the same explanation that they do not give money back, prorate, refund...whatever.

Why does someone have to change the spelling of their last names unless they are hiding from something? This truly is a ripoff....

Check the archives of the Sun-Sentinal.. The Attorney General office in Fort lauderdale has a huge case with plently of victims willing to testify.  Originally they used the name Princeton Exective Search and then went to Florida Executive Search.  Check the court records in broward county many victims won cases but with a gag order in place.  Both companies have an F rating on BBB of south Florida.  Shame, shame shame for taking advantage of people that are just desperate to find a job

#3REBUTTAL Individual responds

Given the overwhelmingly negative trends in the job placement marketplace, FES, Inc. has voluntarily determined that it is not
economically feasible to continue operations as a going concern and has permanently closed its doors and dissolved its corporate structure.

To be clear and accurate, FES, Inc. has NOT been a party to any legal sanctions or court decisions despite the fervor of a few dysfunctional and intellectually dishonest former clients who operate in the shadows of internet anonymity. NO law suits, NO judgments against FES, Inc/FES Careers, period, ever! Just a pure business decision, plain and simple.

Despite protestations to the contrary, this decision was made independently of any random rants and/or complaints from a handful of clients bent on a historical revision of the facts. Their attempts to seek refunds from the credit card companies have been met with a resounding 100% rejection rate, validating our efforts to deliver satisfactory and responsive efforts to each and every client. All of our banking and credit card facilities have been voluntarily closed with a clean slate.

We remain proud of our business enterprise and continue to focus on the over 2000 clients that NEVER expressed a negative thought regarding our service, rather than give credence to the few dozen that have railed against us.

It appears so much easier for them to point an accusatory finger at those who were attempting to help, rather than accepting personal responsibility for the decisions they themselves have made and as a result, the condition of their own careers.

It is interesting to note that in several cases, those who claimed lack of service on their contracts have had a pattern of professional failure in their respective career histories that is easily identified.

The slanderous postings against our firm and personal character attacks will, I am sure continue. No personal accountability for their anonymous actions can be exacted. So be it.

They still have to face a marketplace that has overwhelming rejected their limited skill sets, and they just need someone else to blame.

Their personal files, including all psychological evaluations, personal histories, professional marketing materials and financial/credit card information have been sealed in order to maintain our commitment to privacy.

All client contracts have expired.

Unfortunately, there will probably remain a few, angry with the world, and ready to cast blame in any outward direction they can. They will continue to post vitriolic rhetoric on morally bankrupt and ethically questionable websites while claiming their right to free speech.

In all this time, with all the noise, not one lawsuit against FES, Inc. not one client went to court, just malicious and anonymous
postings.

There will be no further postings from me on this subject, ever, as the truth has finally been told and I remain proud of my professional and personal legacy.
