On July 29 2013 my fiancé and I went to purchase a new car. After driving around we decided to stop at Florida fine cars in Hollywood Florida. We found a 2007 hummer h3 that we liked . After test driving and looking at the car we decided to purchase it . At that time Charlie in finance pulled our credits and got us approved at a higher rate than I've ever had to pay which was 8percent. when we were in the finance office with Charlie I explained to him that I was running late on my current car payment which we were I trading in and asked of I should pay the monthly payment before I get a 30 day mark on my credit . At that time he said absolute not a assured me they would pay it off in a day or two. After two days I called my fiancé company for the car I traded in and they told me they have not got the payoff . Well after a week and several phone calls to Vito saccone and Charlie I asked whyy old loan wasn't paid off yet and at that ppint that's when Charlie explained t. me he couldn't close the deal s because they lost my proof of addres. Finally aphone all these phone call and transfers from one department to the next I got the name of the gm which is Chris . He explained to me that everything I was told was false and that it takes weeks to payoff my tradein . With Chris seeing how upset I was he promised jt would be paid off with in the next day . And so it was .
But now the other issue were dealing with is about a page full of problems with the car which farid promised would be fixed . My fiancé has been to the service department 3 times already the first time he went they lied and told him everything was fixed . As my fiancé was driving away he noticed the noise from the belt didn't go away. . When he went back and fly tbe manager they confessed that didn't do anything because they don't have the parts and they need to be ordered . At that time my fiancé made a appintent to come back after work Friday at 4. My fiancé showed up at 4:05 and they refused to help him and told him he was to late anone needed to reschedule again and they scorned him on how he should of been there on time .mean while he has a appointment tk gk back next week. on the other hand we were approved For a home loan and were currently shopping to purchase a home in October but due to this 30 credit mark my credit score has gone down to 550 from 650 due to this credit mark so I am no longer eligible for the home loan. To say the least I am extremely mad and feel taken advantage of and would really like compensation for all of this stress and run around . I am writing this to get some possible legal advice and to see if I should contact a attorney.
