Florida First Financial Group ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing. Tampa Florida
I recieved a call at work on September 2002. A Mr. Chris Walls told me about a bad check I had made last year. He told that I had to pay $915.00 The check was only for $300. I had to send him right away at least $300 which I did via western union.
After this I told Mr. Walls that I wanted to make payment arrangments because I was struggling. Well Mr. Walls was very rude, arrogant and didnt understand my situation. He called me back at the end of september 2003 telling me that if I didnt pay the 615 that I owe he was to going to press charges and sent a deputy to arrest me at work.
This man harrased me over and over again. Even though I told him about my rights and I told him no to call me at work anymore. He discriminated against me. Since I am hispanic. And threaten me, and said awful things to me.
This collection agency should be close and Mr. Walls should prosecuted for harrasment and discrimination.

This company is owned and operated by Susan and Reed Lienhart of Tampa Florida. This guy uses numerous different fictitious names to avoid responsibility for his actions. His threats of deportation and jail time are completely baseless as it is not a crime to dispute a debt or to default on one for that matter(bad checks are different however). Collection companies are regulated and this guy has no regard for the rules. If you have been contacted by this company inform them in writing via registered mail that you wish no further contact. Perhaps some other minorities would like to Picket his office at 1718 E Giddens in Tampa,Fl.??? Contact the original creditor and tell them you refuse to deal with this unethical company and maybe he will lose enough business to change his ways.
