I recently saw a few articles on your website regarding the same Fraud....company...Florida Peach publishing., owner ..Michelle Mako Has ripped off other people, I read that angry letter from others on your site. ( Can YOU PUT ME IN CONTACT WIth THEM, so I can talk with them, we have in common. The same lady who lied to us) Since June 2008 to September 2008, she never published my book, and since then I haves filed, with BBB, Florida consumer, but to no avail,no help, below is a summary of my pain. Then I just sent a 2nd. Email To you of the lies she said she will refund me, I have many emails saying refund, but nothing.. Signed. Rebecca. Please read below:
Greetings I do not know if you can assist me or not. I paid a the owner of Florida Peach Publishing, Michelle Mako, a publishing company in Ft Lauderdale 3500 N.State Rd.7, Ste. 104 Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319 954-687-4705 $250.00 to publish my book. She stated she could publish my book in little as 3 to 4 months, which she renege on her promise to me. I then a requested of my $250.00 , she then tells me that it is a 30 day waiting period. She later sent an email that she would refund me, but never did. Her colleague sent me a email as well that I will be refunded, I never was. I have contacted the better business bureau, which states that there was other complaints, but nothing has been done for my case. I was told to go to small claims court, but I DO NOT HAVE MONEY FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT, LET ALONE AN ATTORNEY TO RETRIEVE $250.00. I contacted the Florida Consumer service, but to no avail. They sent letters to her address on file, ............nothing. What can I do, I still want my money back and besides she sent emails stating she would refund me too. Who has money to pay an attorney, while the owner of the magazine laughs at me that she has not had to refund me.

You text ed me several messages, TO BE CANDID- I NEVER ENJOY RECEIVING TEXT MESSAGES RELATING TO BUSINESS ; DUE TO
THE FACT THAT WORDS ARE MISINTERPRETED!
In response to your texts I replied that we were under the impression that your phone number was out of
commission, we have a few more clients in Miami and your contact information, well I can only apologize that mistakes occur and we have offered to PUBLISH YOUR BOOK.

Sponsorship periodically requires more time, usually we request three months to publish without the assistance of Sponsors.
We anticipate that the Writers will contact us as well for Sponsorship Status, however, I apologize as well.
As our Sales Manager stated I may have assumed that you had a better understanding how the Program: Sponsor An Artist works.
The $250.00 that you submitted was a processing fee and a discount, however;

Michelle mako. Formerly as...Florida peach publishing, is now scamming people under her new publishing name.....Proplayerspublishing.com... Beware do not publish with her, she keeps changing publishing names because of all the people she has scammed, just read the reports on the Internet, that is why she cannot rebut our Truths. Thank you
