The gentleman in question was once a member, but he chose to cancel his contract with our organization. In which was granted. After a member cancels this agreement they are removed from the system. So, there was no record of the member. As far of his claims of misrepresentation, as I have stated before we are here to help with any questions or concerns that the customer may run into. As for his other claims. There is no ongoing investigation of our organization and there also is no charges being brought up agianst any staff or management of our organization. These claims are false. Agian I am here to to help, but I am not here to debate over the internet for an infinite amount of time. I will not continue. I am here to help not to argue. As for anymore false claims from this gentleman. I will not be responding to them anymore because I am busy assisting people within and without our program. I am attaching the response from our corporate office below. This response is posted by the gentleman that handled this particular former members case. Thank You John Kirk QCOFSRN [email protected] I can confirm that this member purchased a vacation membership from Florida Sports and Recreation Network, LLC. ("FSRN") on or around the 16th of November, 2008. The reason that no one could locate their account number in our system is simply because their contract (account) had since been canceled and removed from our database, not because we didn't want to respond. This member also filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Division ("AG") agianst FSRN. That complaint was closed by the AG on March 2nd, 2009, with a designation of "Closed Satisfactorily". Therefore, there is no current investigation being handled by the AG of Florida agianst FSRN involving this case. While I cannot say that the members dealings with our organization were always perfect, we did our best to resolve the situation and in a timely manner. I personally spoke with this member on many, many occasions offering status updates and assurance that I was doing my best to investigate and resolve any problems that they had incurred. This former member also claims to be filing a criminal complaint agianst at least one member of our organization. That is a completely fruitless claim as no criminal misconduct ever occured and this person knows that as we've discussed the situation on numerous occasions. This particular former member has not attempted to contact myself since the beginning of February, 2009. There would have been no reason for them to contact me as their contract has been canceled and the case has been closed. If this member had any legitimate questions or concerns, they could have easily contacted me via email, phone, fax or by sending a letter to my attention. If this member truly has unanswered questions and needs any type of closure, rather than negatively "blogging" about their experience, they should feel comfortable contacting myself to discuss the situation. In closing: FSRN works hard to resolve each and every issue brought fourth to our attention. Often time's miscommunication and/or misunderstandings are the culprit for these types of situations arising in the first place. Our office is extremely easy to contact and here to help no matter how big or small the issue. While it is unfortunate that this former member experienced any problems whatsoever in dealing with our company, in the end we took the time to carefully and diligently resolve their situation. After seeing the rebuttals from John Kirk I emailed him and he replied admitting I had purchased a holiday plan from Justin Daily on the 16th of November last. However, he offered no explanation for the way we were conned by that man and no explanation for his previous denials that we had purchased a holiday plan. I am as previously stated dealing with the Florida Consumer Complaints people to have Florida Sports operating licence removed and am also taking Criminal Court action against Daily and the Company. These people should not be swindling people in any way as can be seen by the other Ripoff Reports from other people.

It was nauseating to read the attempted rebutalls by a so called Quality Control Officer of Florida Sports(FSRN) so as to discredit the complaints of their unhappy clients. I can confirm that we attended a presentation on the the 16th of November last and purchased a Holiday Plan from Justin Daily. Agreement No.453792.Password No 4407972113727. After failing on numerous attempts to speak to Justin Daily we wrote in a complaint and received a telephone call from Daniel Summers at the Georgia office. He kept telling us that they were unhappy with Justin Dailys conduct and that he was confident that he could resolve our complaint and was waiting for a favourable decision from his directors. However,after 7 weeks of this he wrote to us enclosing a full refund of our payment. We had compared the prices of their holidays & cruises with those of Travelocity & others and found Florida Sports to be no cheaper and after seeing the other Ripoff reports concerning FSRN and the Florida State Consumer Services reports we decided to accept the refund. We have now persuaded Florida State Consumer Services to investigate FSRN further and we are also taking Criminal Court action against FSRN and Justin Daily as well as taking action to have their State operating licence removed. It is obvious that John Kirk is no Quality Control Officer otherwise he would be not be saying we do not exist nor would he be telling Eabcom of Montreal asking for his $4483 back that " It may be that " he would be giving him a precise answer - and returning his payment to him. We would suggest that all complainants contact the Florida State Consumer Services at 1 800 Help Fla. or www.helpfla.com and if they wish join us in a Class Court action against FSRN. I have copied all the complaints of FSRN on ripoffreports.com to two European websites and a Canadian site so as to make people aware of FSRNs dishonest activities.

We have numerous thank you letters and post cards from many of our members for giving them a chance to vacation more every year. Spending quality time with their family and friends. Agian for probably the 5th time Justin Daily is an honorably man with a heart of gold. And it saddens us at FSRN to hear someone speak in this way of Justin. He has more than once gone out of his way to help a customer and an employee. As far as the customers complaint of no contact. There are numerous individuals to talk to within our organization if there are any problems. If the customer demands one specific individual especially the head of the location it will probably be sometime because of Justins responsibilities to hear from him. If the customer is willing to deal with someone else like some one in our new VIP and Quality Control Division he will be helped alot quicker. It does take sometime to make a new customers membership active because they have to be added to our system. Usually it takes 7 to 14 days. And they are completely informed of this before they leave.
