Florida Vacation Packages Only Appears On Bank Statement Wanted: the business who took my $ and promised a vacation Florida
In response to an unsolicited phone call, I agreed to purchase a family Florida vacation/cruise. I authorized payments, which were taken from my account via VISA bank card (I have bank statements to prove I paid).
However, I can't find my contact info, I haven't received any paperwork or been called back, so don't know who to call or who to name in a complaint. The bank says there is not enough info to tell me who took my money.
The bank statements says only "Florida Vacation Packages, Orlando, Florida." I hope someone will read this who can help me, or if there is a legitimate business that they will contact me, so my vacation dreams and money are not just gone with the wind.
