Flotec Pentair Flotec Pump warranty evasion Delavan, Wisconsin
Bought their top of line pro series sump pump in June 2010. Flotec promoted a 5yr warranty It's electronic switch failed in February 2012. Home Depot replaced the pump no questions. Replacement pump's electronic switch failed in February 2013. That's two pump failures in less than three years. Flotec's response . . . the replacement pump has no warranty. A replacement switch is $150.
