I spoke to the owner four or five times.  I picked  Vivid Blue female from his web page and he acknowledged that it was to be the bird he was shipping and the method of shipping was by van drriven by an individual.  The bird arrived at the post office I received a call to pick her (or him) up.  I called "Allen" and said that I would drive to Tampaa to exchsnge the Bird---he replyed that they never meet clients and to send the bird back by mail and he would make the exchangee them.  I believe that sending animals by mail is "cruel and inhumane" and will keep her.  But I hsve cancelled payment on my credit card and we shall see wwhat his reply will be!
