Beware of this guy who is a property manager. He works with a girl, Lori Principe. She shows the properties, rushes you, gets you to sign as she's standing over you, then takes off with your money. Then she tells you He (Andres) is going to manage your rental though you've never met him and never will. After getting the move in money, he only will respond via email, has no address listed anywhere, and tells you that you have to pay all the repairs yourself. Then if you withhold the rent, he'll show up beating down your door, harasses you with phone calls, sends threatening texts, shuts down the AC and water, then Evicts you-wrongfully. He files with the Court, puts a fraudulent 3 Day Notice in with the documents though never ever gave it to you then has a Lawyer handle the Eviction and you are out. Treated like dirt, lost your money, then your housing.

KANDY L KLOSTERMAN IS A DANGEROUS TENANT THAT WAS EVICTED FROM THE PROPERTY.
THE REASON SHE WAS EVICTED, WAS DUE TO NON PAYMENT ON RENT. THE ONLY THREAT SHE RECEIVED WAS THAT IF SHE DID NOT PAY THE RENT, SHE WOULD FACE LEGAL ACTIONS.
AFTER NOT PAYING THE DUE AMOUNT. THE EVICTION WAS FILED AND THE WRIT OF POSSESSION WAS GIVE TO PLAINTIFF IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS.
THE PROPERTY WAS LEFT IN VERY BAD CONDITIONS AND SERIOUSLY DAMAGED.
1 YEAR LATER. KANDY L KLOSTERMAN, FILED A MOTION TO REMOVE THE EVICTION RECORD. OBVIUSLY THE MOTION WAS DENIED.
BE CAREFULL WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL. SHE DID CAUSE A LOT OF MONETARY AND HEALTH DAMAGE.
SOMETIMES BAD PEOPLE GET WHAT THEY WANT FOR A MOMENT. BUT AT THE END THEY WILL DEFENETELY GET WHAT THEY DESERVE.
