I have used the company’s products several times. you are correct the unit is designed as disposable. they key is following the directions to the tee. you must cover the gun with Vaseline (noted in the directions) fully. as soon as you are complete with the spraying (30 sec max) you must remove the disposable tip (comes with several), turn off the tanks and clean the gun. doing it this way i have reused a 202 kit over the course of 2 months. one other tip is to store the unused product in a very cool place. sorry to hear you had an issues. the 2 part system must not come in contact with air before mixing in the tip. if the gun were removable, i think many home owner would get themselves into trouble purging and cleaning the hoses

I am the filer of this report and I have been contacted by the company -- they are trying to make this problem right -- they are sending a new gun and tubing so I can complete the job I started. The management team of this company is working very hard in attempt to resolve my problem.
This is a very good and easy to use product, the outcome is exactly what I was trying to achieve -- the main problem is in the instruction. I would suggest this product as an excellant product -- buyer beware the instructions are very lenghty and you MUST read all instructions before you begin your project.
My problem was in the shutting down the equipment, it is VERY important part of the process -- Shutting down instructions were in the reading material sent with the product and is buried deep in the instructions
My project involved a steel horse tariler -- my problem was heavy condensation and trying to heat and cool so it could be used as a camping unit and haul my horses as well -- This product has STOPPED the condensation, the trailer is a lot cooler and is easy to heat. However it is a big project and I was unable to complete in one day, I read and thought I had followed the instruction properly for shutting down, but when I tried to complete my job, the gun was clogged, wouldn't spray, I still had half the product that I couldn't use -- With the new gun they are sending I will be able to finish my project.
JUST BE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN.
Thank you Guardian Energy Tech and Foam It Green for an excellant product and working so diligently to resolve my problem --
Susan
