well, my wife and i went to folsom lake dodge dealership to see the 2009 charger in september,2009. It was priced at $16,000 hence our interest in it. We saw the car, test drove it and liked what the sales-guy was telling us. We sat down to crunch some numbers since i wanted to trade in my Isuzu Rodeo which i still owed $6,000 on it. I wanted to offer them $3,000 towards my isuzu and they pay the rest of the loan on it and buy the new charger. We had some disagreements with the sales- guy so he brought his manager. Well thats what he told us he was. They all looked like managers in their cheap suits. The manager said if i paid the $3,000 right there then its a deal. We were so happy to walk away from the isuzu only paying half of what we owed.Well, thats what we thought until we read the agreement at home by which time it was so late since i signed it. The agreement states that out of the $3,000 ,$1,000 went towards the isuzu and the rest of $2,000 was put as down payment on the 2009 charger. They carefully minused the $1,000 from the $6,000 owed on the isuzu and added the reminder $5,000 together with the price of the 2009 charger. We were so shocked and i went back to Folsom dodge to get some answers but all i got was a cold reply stating that they no longer can do anything since its not their car anymore. I went through GMAC to finance the loan so i got stuck with the lies and money scam dealings of Folsomlake Dodge. We felt like liedto since we were told one thing but got ripped- off at the end. I can never trust any sales person now and i'm going to make sure i read all the fine lines before i sign anything. Total liers...

What else would they do.. Did you think the $6000.00 would just go away. The money to pay off the old loan has to come from somewhare, and it's always going to come out of there pocket. You did not even bother to read the contract when you signed it. If you run the numbers it works the same no mater how you do it.. You owe 6000 on the old car and 16000 on the new car.. 22000 + interest  or 3000 + 19000 = 22000.
