It happened on dec 3, 2004 we put deposit for 6 hrs and ask the driver to be at the picked up address at 19:30 because we had a christmas party that ended at 00:30 in danville. Driver was late and called with an explanation that on bay bridge that night it was an incident that someone tried to commit suicide, and the staff promise to jot down the time driver arrived and dropped back so she can calculate the time of the car was being used toward the contract. the driver arrived at 20:45 and dropped us back at 01:15 so the time we used not 6 hrs but 4hr 30 minute.

We called them as for the deposit return for the used time since we just used 4hr 30 minute not 6 hr they replied they could not return the money and tell us why we didn't make up the time to 6 hrs whick is impossible since our party ended 00:30.

This is a rip off, and for sure we don't want to rent from this company again and hopefully this won't happen to anybody who want to rent the limo from this lousy company.

Ran limo's and limo companies. Very few, if any will bill in anything under hour increments. If you time ran 5+ minutes into another hour, you paid for the next hour. If there was an incident on the bridge, it's not the driver's fault. As we all can state about traffic jams. As I see it, the company owes you for 1 hour.
