ford, town and country ford ripoff by trained rip off sales executives, fraudulant paperwork. abused & mistreated louisville Kentucky
I purchased my 99 ford ranger in 1999! It was forced on me because I took my 95 berreta to the lot to consider trading it, but had not fully decided!
My car radio was stolen, my car was sold before I ever purchased or even made a decision on which vehicle I liked!The sales manager sold the truck to me, and placed it in my name, but after leaving the office he then put the truck in my fathers name!
Two years later I returned after faithfully paying 391.oo a month for 2 yrs.They said I couldn't do anything about it, and that the sales manager had been fired, so I was then forced to keep this truck, and agree to pay 323.00 a month for the next 5 yrs.
I have filed complaints with ford credit, ford motor, and with the better buisness burea, but im still driving this truck!
