Foreclosure Assistance Solution / Mortgage Second Chance Deceitful, Cruel, Heartless and a total RIPOFF! Clearwater Florida
Spoke with Luke from the company and he assured me that I qualified for their program to save my home from foreclosure. He then explained that once he received my $1200 that he would fax over the papers immediately and I needed to intial them and fax them back.
Then Guellmo called on the day of my sell date and told me that I needed to file bankruptcy if I like my home. I told him I could have did that without paying then $1200. He also told me that the Mortgage company wanted $1800 right then.
Then Jennifer called me and said she needed me to fax two papers. I stated to her why if someone just called to tell me to file bankruptcy? Then she rushed me off the phone and told me just fax those papers they can help me, she'll find out why they told me to file bankruptcy.
My home was foreclosed on the 2nd of Jan. and now we have to move. I have called a number of times and left plenty of messages on answering machines and with live operators. I have not received any returned calls nor my $1200.
We have four small children ranging from 2yrs to 10yrs. How can a company be so cold. I pray that no one else goes through this experience and I wish I would of saw these reports before I lost my home behind a company that their only goal is to take your money ($1200)and help assist you in losing your home.
