I received an email entitled: "Realty Champions" offering me their product that would enable me to make thousands of dollars in a short span of time. While I truely believe there is money to be made in Real Estate, I have become more aware as a consumer since I stumbled onto the "RipOffReport" site, and no longer take these kinds of offers at face value.

I decided to investigate to see if I could find out anything about this particular offer. Below is the information I found out:

Foreclosure World, Foreclosure Training.com, Real Estate Exposed, Fast Cash in Foreclosures, Foreclosure Secrets, Tax Lien Secrets, Foreclosures Uncovered and Real Estate Knockout all have the exact same address. The only thing different is the title of the programs:

Name of Program Ordering

596 West Port Ave.

Norwalk, CT 06857

They are signed differently, some with names and others with the name of the company offering the program. Real Estate Exposed & Foreclosures Uncovered are signed: Foreclosure World.

Fast Cash in Foreclosures is signed: S. Maletos (the "S" stands for Steve) this guy even shows a supposed letter from his Attorney (Jonathon R. Mehl P.C., Counsellor at Law)

Tax Lien Secrets Revealed is signed: Tax Liens Direct.

Real Estate Knockout (the email I received) is signed: LV, and then below the initials it reads: For Real Estate Fortunes.

The email letter itself was signed: BP, which is for Bruce Posner (former Boxing Trainer and supposedly He's in the record books for being the youngest real estate brokernot salesmen or realtor... New City has ever had).

Below the initials BP is the following:

iForeclosure

P.O.B. 859

Norwalk,CT 06856

They even show pictures of Bruce (if that's even his real name) with Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson and Sylvester Stallone. (I have reason to suspect that he may have really been a boxing trainer, but that these pictures were taken as a result of him asking to pose with these stars).

They are all asking for $297.00, but you get to try it for 30 days before you pay for it. If you don't think it's for you, just send it back.

The only problem is, they all state that you must include and return a copy of at least one (1) offer to show you tried.

They all ask for you to pay $8.95 for processing, shipping & handeling fees, (which is probably $6.00 over what it cost them to mass produce the stuff). I suspect that whether you keep it or not that they are still getting some money out of the deal.)

Anyway, I don't know if this will help anyone or not but, when I kept seeing the same address, they all kept asking for the same amount of money and they all had the same disclaimer attached to their refund policy, the WARNING BELLS went off.

Last minute piece of advice: BUYER BEWARE !!
