If you think all of these properties are foreclosures, THINK AGAIN! Many (actually, the majority) of these listings are NOT in any sort of foreclosure state and it is very embarassing to the Sellers of these properties. It is much easier (and cheaper) to just call your realtor or just search realtor.com since most of these listings are on the multiple listing service.
