Glen Bullard is so full of s**+* it's coming out of his mouth. If you think we are lying about the service this company provides then please look for yourself on google, yahoo, or any review of the company you can find and see what past customers have to say. There are some pretty good ones on yahoo, none of which are from us. Keep lying glen, we never ruined a sprinkler system, never left a job unfinished, and no one ever called you saying we did not complete a job. You "fired" us like many other employees because you are cheap and did not want to pay us the money we earned. If you have anything to say to me please don't hesitate to call me, you have my number.

Its pretty amusing that you feel the need to comment on how the work was preformed and the hours it took to complete it when you never once went to a job, never once saw us work, much less had any idea of what we were doing or the actual size of the job. How could you when you sit on your fat as* all day and try and boss people around? Your a joke. We never once lied about our hours, and never once left a job without doing exactly what we were told to do. You want to talk about temper tantrums? Talk to your dip s**+* step son about that. We have multiple recordings of him crying like a little girl and saying he was going to kill us that i would be more then happy to post for future employees to get a idea of who they will be dealing with when buying a new pool from your company. Congrats on your new employee who get thes work done in half the time by himself, which i can tell you now is complete bullshi*. The time it takes to complete a job is based on the size of the job and the availability of tools such as a bobcat which with your poorly run company was not always available. You would not know any of this seeing as how you sit on your as* all day and bark around orders. Let me tell you something Patricia Bullard, you need to keep your mouth shut about things which you have no idea about. You are a joke and FWCP is a joke. I am not a liar, i am not a thief, and this is not a juvenile attempt to ruin "your" company. This is to warn future customers and employees about your terribly run company. The only reason the statement was ever recanted was in a simple attempt to recieve the money that is owed to us, and is still owed to us. We were contacted by FWCP in a desperate attempt to save what little reputation the company may still have and told that if we took down our post then we would recieve our money. Now i am taking it upon myself to make sure i can stop as many people as possible from getting screwed over by this company that you claim to be "upstanding". I'd hate to tell you that you've made a huge mistake by making false claims about me , but you have. Maybe next time before you open your mouth you will think twice about calling someone a liar and a thief without having a lick of knowledge about the person.

Also, you should know that your husband and step son told us on a weekly basis that the only reason they put up with you and all your bullshi* is because the money you have, which was inherited, not earned. Your own husband would call you a fat bitc* everytime he got off the phone with you. That right there should tell you something..

In response to Blake Tankersleys complaint .  He and his friend Justin who was paid by Mr. Tankersley out of his 1099 wages worked for our company for 8 weeks.  He was a Trash Cleanup Contractor  who was never on time for work nor did he ever finish the work he was doing for us.  One of our pool customers brought it to our attention that he never completed her job for us & he damaged a sprinkler system which had to be repaired by a professional sprinkler person whom we paid substantially more than Mr. Tankersley says he was owed for that week we asked him not to return to work.  He was not paid due to the fact he and his partner did not complete the job.

  As to all his allegations which were fueled by his attempt to extort money from Fort Worth Custom Pools.:  We use the finest contractors in the swimming pool business in the  Metroplex.  We pay them a fair wage and they are provided with 1099s at the end of the year when they are due  which by the way .Mr. Tankersley will be receiving one for the poor work he did for our company we hope he saved some of the money to pay his taxes. His irrational rantings are just that we do not owe this individual any money.

  Glen Bullard has been in the swimming pool industry for 30+ years and is well respected by everyone he does business with.  He has built over 2500 swimming pools and has always paid
his bills.  We have a client list of these satisfied customers.

 At no time were Mr. Tankersley & Justin employees which by the way we use a payroll service to make sure our
employees are well taken care of with benefits.

 Furthermore..we pay more than our fair share of IRS taxes----as a matter of fact we are in that minority that President Obama wants to tax more and put out of business. 

Any rebuttals on ripoff posted by supposed employees should be disregarded if they are truly an ex employee the only time they would be terminated is for poor job performance or theft.  We have a pending issue with a former employee who handled payments from customers and embezzled funds from the company.  It would be interesting to know who this supposed employee is.  In the past 15 years we have terminated 4 full time employees for either poor performance or theft.  We have always paid our employees for work completed.

We do not cheat our contractors nor do we do under the table deals.  We have bills to pay and cannot do anything like that which is illegal.  We pay our taxes.

Attacks on my family are unwarranted and unnecessary.   My son has grown up in this business and knows what he is doing.  My wife is wonderful and has only been courteous to these two extortionists who with mean spirited glee have attacked her.  All she has ever said to either one of them was here's your check or please slow down driving on the private property.  That is it.
 
In closing, has the Internet created an environment where a business can no longer Terminate employees for fear of sites such as this creating an environment for disgruntled terminated employees or contractors in an attempt  to ruin a business?  We for one refuse to be extorted by someone who chooses to use a site that is designed for consumers to air their problems to damage our business and reputation.

Ok Tweedle-dumb and Tweedle-dumber, bottom line is the one person who now does the "work" that the 2 of you used to do gets it done in half the time by himself, and his work doesn't result in homeowners calling to find out why the job wasn't completed.  Your lies really don't make a difference, so my advice would be to stop wasting time making up stories and get a job where you can be babysat since that's probably the only way you will accomplish anything.

I am not the original poster of this report, but i did at one time work with FWCP. I was directly involved with the refusal to pay employees. I witnessed the work completed and the hours recorded, written down by the employee on a daily basis. Fort worth custom in no way kept track of the employees hours, whereas the employee kept detailed records of job sites and hours worked. All this in mind FWCP still refused to pay employee for hours worked. My question is this: If Fort Worth Custom Pools treats dedicated long term employees this poorly, how will they treat a customer whom they have just met? Do not trust this company, they take too many shortcuts and do poor quality unsupervised work. For example: Most recently i witnessed the owner, Glen Bullard, intentionally deceive a customer as to the quality of a completed pool. Personally I have several friends and family members that are or at one time customers of FWCP and not a single one of them is even moderately satisfied with their pool. For example: one particular pool was built so poorly that one side of the pool is a full foot higher in elevation than the other side, meaning that the pool is not level and the water sits at the very brim of the pool on one side and a full foot below the top of the pool on the other. Additionally, this same consumer was very displeased with her waterfall not EVER working properly, as well as the pool equipment constantly malfunctioning. I warranty was sold with the pool but no parts or equipment were ever replaced because the company refuses to talk to the homeowner/consumer until the warranty ran out. Would you want to do business with someone that sells you a warranty then avoids you until it is no longer useable?

To claim that Fort Worth Custom Pools and their owner are dishonest & lazy is nothing but an immature projection of your own behavior, sir.  Demanding to be paid for work that was never completed is theft.  Your lack of competency is apparent in your original statement, judging from the elementary-school grammar and misspellings.  I also find it very interesting that as soon as you thought you would be compensated, you completely back-tracked and said that your previous statements were false.  You and I both know that these allegations were always false, and writing this claim was a juvenile attempt to ruin an upstanding company's reputation simply because you were found out to be falsifying your hours and were refused payment for work that you never completed.  Maybe one day you will grow up and learn to accept culpability when it is due and that throwing temper tantrums should be reserved for badly behaved toddlers.

   Now that they have paid you, did they suddenly become honest and competent?
