Four Seasons Sunrooms ripoff cheat fraud Holbrook New York
These guys are something, gave them a 10K deposit, which they said they would return if they could not get zoning. They did not show up for half of the zoning meetings.
Finally, the local zoning board shot them down, and they promised to refund our money within 30 days (in writing no less).
We contacted the owner of the franchise, AL Lopez numerous times and he was never in.
After our lawyer contacted the home office in NY, he promised a check by friday. Well friday came and went and no refund.
We thought we were protected because of the home office in NY and they have been little help.
We are proceeding with Legal action at this point, but steer clear of four seasons sunrooms! They don't deliver what they promise!!!!

Duped By Four Seasons Sun Rooms With The Same Tactics

Hi Mark,
We have just been duped by Four Seasons Sunroom (Holbrook, New York) with the same tactics. Their sales David Angosto sold us a sunroom package that we have just found out now to be a total violation of local zoning law right from the start. Now the company wants to deduct all kinds of archtectural fees from the deposit and first installment they've received from us despite their sales David Angosto had promised before signing the contract that they'd refund the full amount if the building permit would to be denied by the local authority.
I'd like to know what we can do to remedy the situation and get them to refund us the entire amount they originally promised.

Sure looks like you are affilated with them from the logo on your site. Better check your franchise agreement! They are cheats and ripoffs and offered us no protection and probably wouldn't for your customers either.
