I bought the perfume in July 2010. I received a card in August asking for $15.41 extra, because of custums tax and underpaid handling fees. I refused to pay and the item was returned on the 27/09/10 by the British Postal service. Since then I have emailed numerous times to them and phoned. All I get is "We have not received it yet." It is now the 09/12/10 and I have no perfume and no refund. I know I am not the only one this has happened to. I just wish something could be done to stop companies RIPPING people off like this. I also hope somebody else can read this and buy nothing from FragranceX.
