Frank Ruggeri ADT Fraud/Misrepresentation WEst Palm Beach, Florida
We had an ADT system installed in Sept. 10. Frank Ruggeri was our representative. We paid over $800 for a system with a two year contract. We had a $250 rebate that Frank informed once our check cleared we would receive the rebate within 4-6 weeks. Come to find out we were overcharged as well as never receiving the rebate. I tried contacting Mr. Ruggeri more times than can count and never once has he returned our call. I have been dealing with the ADT home office and to no avail have not received anyone in their company willing to resolve the matter. Mr. Ruggeri was deceitful, false and misleading in representing ADT and their prices. We intend to press charges and have filed a complaint with the BBB.

We received a call from an ADT representative who FINALLY assisted us with our rebate. Come to find out the representative Frank Ruggeri misled us. However, we were pleased with the result and were given discounts up to almost the exact amount of the rebate promised. Hopefully they will stick to their promise. Thank goodness this is over!!!
