Complaint Review: FRAUD ALERT Cathy Halverson Loan Officer Reverse LIED AND STOLE - Agoura Hills California

Well after much research I found out who posted this FAKE complaint.  HIS NAME IS DAN RUD, company on this site listed under many names but if you look up Pioneer INFO and Marketing you will see this man is wanted by the POLICE.

He is runnning a mail house scam, stealing from many people and not delivering on services rendered.  He stole $350 from me but when you read others stories he has stolen thousands from some.

It is sick that an individual can get away with this as well as post my photo.  I have contacted Google but trying to call this web site but no answer, just a voicemail.  I have left numerous messages and hoping they see this man is a CRIMINAL.

Soon hopefully he and his wife (who apprarently is the brains behind this scheme) will be in jail.

But for now they are able to continue to lie, cheat and scam innocent business owners and professionals out of their money and they have all the angles worked out.

He used this web site to pose as a FAKE customer, to try to hurt my reputation.  He will go to any lengths to harm or impose his destitute and scum beahvior on innocent people.

Again his name is DAN RUD, wife Stacy. He is hiding under mulitple business names but I found it under PIONEER INFO AND MARKETING or PIONEER ADVANTAGE.

It says there is a Warrant for his arrest.  I hope so.  To imagine I was just trying to mail a 1000 piece mailer to customers has turned into a huge nightmare, and he was able to get my money.

Please rip off report research this scums infomation and please remove this fake posers review of my character that is so completely incorrect.

I am the Senior Vice President of Citylights Financial Express, Inc. Ms. Cathy Halverson is a valued loan officer of our organization with great track record. When this post was brought to my attention I was very taken back by it. After I researched I am aware that a consumer did not post this but a vendor that Cathy had done some business with and they did not perform their services as advertised. Therefore she has a dispute with them .  The fact that this person has posted an erroneous , incorrect and slandering report that effects both Ms Halverson and Citylights Financial Express, Inc in a very serious negative manner. I need this matter addressed immediatly and corrected. I can be reached at 818-991-1310.

This web site has STOLEN my photo and make up a lie to gain $2000 to remove this false information.

This information about me is a made up lie in order for Rip off Report to gain money.

If you search the Scam that this web site is doing you will see all the complaints, etc.

Beware yourselves if you have any facebook photos (this was mine).  They steal the photo and use it to promote their own financial scam.

The Rebuttal author had the opportunity to write a calmly worded Rebuttal to explain their position regarding the Report at issue.  Unfortunately this author chose to do nothing more than lash out at Ripoff Report by suggesting that Ripoff Report was somehow a scam for offering legitimate services to customers who want something more than the opportunity to write a free Rebuttal and further suggested that they were going to file a lawsuit against the original author of the Report and Ripoff Report.  As you can see, Ripoff Report itself falls prey to critics…even on our own website and other places on the internet..  Again, DO YOUR RESEARCH before assuming that everything you read on the internet is true. 

SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT:

1)     Those who use the site affirm, before posting, that the information is truthful and accurate.  The author is the one who assumes liability for posting information, if, in fact, what they say is false.

2)     Ripoff Report did NOT steal this lady’s picture.  We don’t even know who she is – other than someone who is clearly upset because someone (NOT RIPOFF REPORT) posted something about her that she apparently thinks is inaccurate.  IF this lady feels that she has some intellectual property right to the subject photograph, she could simply submit a VALID DMCA notice to our Legal Department.    

3)     Ripoff Report is a forum for free speech and does not assume liability for content which was written by a third party in such an interactive forum.  This is the same for other sites where people can openly post content and the law that supports this is the Section 230(c) of the Communications Decency Act.  Nevertheless, if there is ever content that is questionable, sometimes it’s worth an e-mail to our Customer Service and Support Department.  Sometimes we can help folks.  Sometimes we can’t.

5)     What the above Rebuttal author posted about Ripoff Report is simply inaccurate and we encourage you to do your own research from numerous sources, including ones that are credible like reading for yourself how our site operates – not just random commentary on the internet.  Remember folks, just because it is on the internet doesn’t make it true.

Consumers – if a business reaches out to you to try and resolve a problem, whether it be through postings on our website or other avenues, we encourage you to work with the business and work through the situation with fairness in mind.  Sometimes a resolution just cannot be reached and each party is entitled to his/her opinion about the situation.  We don’t condone businesses trying to take advantage of consumers – that’s why our website was started in the first place.  At the same time, we don’t condone consumers, other business competitors, or disgruntled ex-employees or partners trying to take advantage of businesses either.  To all parties:  Keep it calm.  Keep it honest.  Keep it fair.
