Dean has a long reputation of being a conman, thief, abuser and user. He has a knack for picking out people who are comapssionate and soft hearted when it comes to helping those who are down and out. Dean will sing his song of woe, get you hooked and then take whatever he can from you. After you put your fooot down and say no more, he will slander and accuse you of doing exactly what he did to you! Sometimes he files false police reports, and clogs up the court system with restraining order, slander and defamation cases and most of the time does not show up and there has never been one case where he has won! He, also, lashes out online, creating false Ripoff Reports, posting names and home address and creating false accounts for his victims. The man is mentally and emotionally unstable.

I just wanted to put out a word of caution. There’s a man in our area named Dean Schoenewald who has a very shaky history and now he has come to us because he has moved in with his attorney. If you google his name you’ll find there’s quite a saga including what seems to be many scams. He’s very charismatic and can be very charming. His ex-wife ran the bakery for a few months over at Meno and they lost the business and he caused havoc in that area after she filed for divorce. His story is that she’s very sick with cancer and doesn’t know what she’s doing but he just wants to be able to see his kids. I don’t think any part of this is true. There’s a protective order out on him and also burglary charges…many charges in several states actually. The story is quite colorful but he can become very violent if told ‘no.’ Just be very cautious if he shows up at your church. I think he had a hearing today so I’m not sure where he’ll be from here. He wants money to move to Okeene. I’m tempted to give it to him to get him away from our area…but not very good stewardship I’m discerning! Let me know if you have any dealings with him so we can stay on the same page. Thanks…

I am posting this warning so you do not have to go through what I have had to deal with for the past two and a half months.

First whenever you need to rent a room in your home out - try first to get your friends or co-workers to give you a referral for a possible roommate. This will give you some reliable source as to the true identity and character history of your potential new roommate. Even then you are taking a gamble on the person who you decided might be a right mix for you.

If you have to post on CL just beware, never give out the address first as to the actual location of your home or place where you live. Agree to meet the person after you have had a chance to try and verify who they are, where they have been living, who their last roommate was, there contanct info, ask for rent receipts, ask for 3-6 references with phone number and the type of work they do.

Don't go trying to check info if they have been livning with grandma etc. WON'T B worth a s**t.

If you decide to move some one in and you ask for any amount of money upfront give them a receipt and mark it clearly how long the rent period is. Don't rent MONTHLY its a big hassle to eveict if something goes wrong. If a deadbeat moves in its going to cost you more money to get them out than you will ever collect in rent. They KNOW THEIR RIGHTS as Tenants under OK LAW its tough to EVICT without good soldid prove . Be prepared for a deadbeat or nutcase to try and bully you, to post letters on your neighbors' doors to try and slander your reputation, etc.

I agreed to meet a NUTCASE (I learned that 24hours later) and slipped up and agreed to meet him at my home, immediately when he knocked on my door I said WTF this guy isn't going to be renting a room at my house. When I asked him to leave he wouldn't, I called the police and they responded and said, did you advertise for a room available to rent I said YES, they asked him in private away from me present if he had paid rent to me, He told the police he had (when he didn't and he didn't have prove of a receipt) 3 minutes later the police came back and told me I would have to Evict the guy legally and that as far as they were concerned it was my problem and a civil matter. The next day the guy was caught going through my home office drawers to my desk had used my computer to go onto Adult FriendFinders.com, where he stayed for more than 3.5hours while I was at college. BAD thing is he turned out to be BI POLAR - nothing like he said he was not a word was true and he put my life and safety at risk.

I paid to have my attorney go to court, get the right to evict the a*****e etc. Cost me $1275 for attorney fees, court costs, sheriff fees, etc.

Ask yourself is it worth the risks and worth the loss...................NEVER AGAIN will I EVER EVER EVER rent a room in my home to someone off a website.

Well, our first date should be a relaxed get-together at a coffee shop, where we find that neither one of us wants the night to end. Our second date has us enjoying dinner and a movie, (you will be paying, and if he does pay its because he either stole from someone or his brother Joe gave it to him in his monthly support payoff) as we learn more about each other, and the at the same time each is beginning to long to be together in a more intimate setting.

By our 5th date when it's obvious this is, a true connection, I want to take us to NY--limo thru town, check into the Plaza, have lunch at Carnegie Deli, catch a Broadway show, visit the Modern Museum of Art, take some pics of the statue of liberty, horse and buggy ride thru the park ,then a late dinner in the Rainbow Room..We then head back to the Plaza, have a drink in the Oak Room downstairs, the retire to our suite for an amazing evening satisfying each other. We wake up over looking Central Park, and while still naked, order room service.

The Fraziers opened their home and hearts to Dean Schoenewald, just like many, many other people have and to no avail they, and everyone else was used, abused and slandered. The proof is in the outcome....Dean has multiple complaints, law suits and negative media against him. The only negative against his victims have been from him. You be the judge and protect yourself. If you choose to engage with him, after reading and investigating, then end up like everyone else, you  have no one to blame except yourself! BE SAFE!

 Bankrupsy fraud....Hmm, it says you get 10-15 years in the Tenessee Criminal Sentencing Guidline book for that... Yes, Sherry frazier has done all of the things you state here. She is a true Scam artist a theif, as well as a pathological lier. Her stealing is well known, especially from her ex-husband Wilson. She  also impersonates people like most people change their socks. But with all of her llieing, it becomes hard to keep track of..Example:  Read on further on this site, where suposedly Wilson has written a letter to Dean. Yet the author gets confused whose son Brian is!..."He" supposedly writes: "You tried to have my son arrested"...LOL...Only it was Sherry's son, not Wilsons!...lololol. [FYI: Wilson has TWO sons, Vincent and Michael..But none named Brian..OOOOOPS!].If he'd written it, I'm thinking he'd probably have known who his son's are!!..Busted Sherry!!..Anyway, the great news is, that Ms.Goofy Sherry has played right into Dean's hands..He has all he needs in the way of evidence against her, and She's desperate now, and stepping up her rants and lies in the futile hope she can confuse the athorities...Fat chance. The reason for this is that's her MO..You see, Sherry uses the time tested defense of trying to blame the other party for exactly what She's actualy been caught doing. Bu  as she knows by now, his investigator has uncovered a boatload of usefull information to have her hopefully doing a 5-10 year strech in State Prison soon. Just what you ask?..Ok,; One of the the most damning thus far, was Sherry Fraziers'  shocking Blackmail/EXTORTION attempt 9 days ago. We have the evidence, and it is not in dispute..We also have voice mail messages from her threatning Dean. We also have Sherry impersonating othes from her past, to harass Dean via e-mail..  First prediction then if we may: She'll run, you watch...While we all know she's a con-artist, theif, lier, drunk and obviously not too bright, we did learn one thing new, she's truly a dumb woman. I mean, has she never heard about the exsistence of Civil Court??..[this is where the trolop starts searching for the old travel agents phone number!.].

Ok, a couple bets to propose.. First, if Wilson passes a lie detector test that he wrote the letter that says his name at the end of it on here, well, we will pay $5,000. to the charity of his choice. If on the other hand he loses, the Nut Sherry has to evaluated at a mental hospital of our choice...Prediction: He will never take that test. She hates hospitals, plus no doubt they'd keep her.

Next, Sherry Frazier-Baker WILL Never, Ever actually face Dean's soon to be filed Civil Law Suit against hre for libel, defamation and slander.She can't, as there is no hope of winning...She knows she really did make up all of the claims made against Dean here, and on a multitude of other sites...Instead she'l run, l moving to an undiclosed location and do what, well, what comes natural of course, take on another identity.........On the other hand, if the Scamster Sherry Frazier Baker actually attends the trial, we will pay $1000. to the charity OF HER CHOICE..[.Boy, you talk about safe money]...

Every word that comes out of your mouth is a lie, when someone tries to stand up against you, you try and make them look like a crook.  It's called reverse physcology and you're a master of it.

All I have ever tried to do with you  is try and help you, when you showed up in Nashville a couple of weeks ago, against my better judgement I let you stay in my apartment while I left to go out of town because I didn't want Deidra's kids staying in the cold.  What did you do?  After you were asked to leave because the management called and wanted you off the property you stayed.  I was forced to have you removed by the police.  I had to have my son change the locks on my door.  When you got out of jail you came back to my house, broke down the door and stole property that was valuable to me.  Then you had the audacity to try and have my son arrested that backfired and it's backfired against you.

In the 14 years I have known you when you were living on the streets, I have only tried to help you against the pleas of my friends and family who had you pegged as a con man, I have given you a place to live and tried to be a friend to you.  This is how you repay friends? 

You have left me with no choice.  You have been charged with breaking and entering, theft of property over 10,000.  I am also turning over my laptop that you used and I won't publicly say what's on it , but you know what's on it  the kids grandpa and the authorities will be very interested in what's there.

Who do you know that can say anything good about you, you leave a wake of destruction and mayhem wherever you go. Your own family has washed their hand of you. You are running out of resources.  What's your physical place of residence? What have you ever done for someone else that is good?

The only thing I'm guilty of is being naive enough to believe there was something good in you.  In all of my 68 years I have never encountered anyone as destructive as you to yourself and to every one around you.

Deidra's father in law is being contacted about his grandkids and the laptop you used of mine is being turned over to the authorites.  You'll probably be going to jail for more than breaking and entering.  Mr Brown will be real interested on whats on my laptop. You have now left me with no choice.
