Frazier O'leary solicitation real estate services to assist real estate agents in answering their phones, taking messages, screening phone calls, setting appointments and generally working as an assistant. He charged $1000 per month to offer such services. After paying for the required 3 month minimum in advance we had one 60 minute phone call to discuss my real estate business.
After the phone call he sent a 2 page word document with a general outline of what I should be doing for my business but no actual help to run the business as an assistant as solicited in his emails. After months of wrangling over emails Frazier finally agreed to pay me back but will not return phone calls or emails in response.
Stay away from this guy he is a fraud.
