For a company called nova gold, Pico rivera plaza....He rents to people and does side deals......We rented from fred...and we had to give him 2 thousand dollars under the table......Worst Landlord !!! we called and complained to better biz bureau......They are investigating. Uses the line,,,,My wife is dying i need money !!!!! i Heard him say that to a tenant !!!!! A Real D***he bag,,,,,And Then would tell The staff that he was getting massages on the side because his old lady could not do it !!!!! He is The Devil !!!!!!!Fred You will Get yours......i hope you get some d......a**hole.
