Purchase one of their shower heads on eBay in good faith and receive nothing of the kind in return. Shower head is pure crap. Defective nozzles that even shoot water onto the ceiling. Then the seller has the audacity to tell me I need to pay a restocking fee and return shipping for this piece of garbage. BUYER BEWARE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM SHOWERBLASTER AND FRED SALIVIA.

 I cannot believe what this horrible seller, the worst I've ever dealt with on eBay, is inventing here. Notice, too, that mine is the second report on this bad seller. I only threatened to post negative feedback if you didn't stand behind this product and refund my money. I posted a photo of the shower head he sold me with clogged nozzles. And why he's confusing me but these other people I just cannot imagine. Sounds like he's gotten a few other complaints and he's trying to blame them all on me.

Mentally Impaired buyer who damaged the product

Lloyd A. Merriam, who goes by 3 different names, one being Connie and the other being haywood jerblomi. I mentally sick. He purchased a ShowerBlaster modified shower head from me on eBay and damaged the product by not reading and following the enclosed instructions or watching the video link emailed to him at the time of purchase. The return policy on eBay clearly states that the buyer is to pay the $3 mailing expense to return the product and that there doesn't need to be any reason for the return. Upon the return of the item, with all of its parts and the product not damaged due to improper handling, the buyer will receive a full refund minus 20% restocking fee. Very simple.

Lloyd decided to file a return request via eBay, which he did not have to since you don't need a reason to return the product. eBay agreed that buyer needs to abide by the terms listed in the item description.

Instead Lloyd decided to threaten me with a negative feedback if I didn't comply with his demand. This is considered blackmail and eBay is standing by my side and possibly suspending Lloyd from buying on eBay.

So what does Lloyd do? He opens a fake eBay account under a different name and sends me a few emails complaining about a product I never sold to that buyer.

Since I did not respond, he then proceeds to file a Ripoff Report!

This man is the bggest loser. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! He now has been banned form buying products from me and from another seller on eBay.

He still can return the item, which I'm sure he won't because he damaged it!
