My daughter or myself did not receive letter or anthing Both our accounts was frozen because she owed a bill .Her name is on my account in case something happens to me .Im almost 80 yr old .The bill was paid on18th and they still refuse to release my account. I only have my SScheck each month and my bill are piling up. I called them this morning to please release my account they said they couldnt until the lawyer and courts signed off what can an old woman Do?
