I was a fan of free credit report.com until a few days ago I found out that they stated to bill my card twice since my father had the same name they assumed it was the same person. When I tried to contact the company they stated that that can never happen .i stated its on my card and I have another card that has been billed as well they said contact customer relations. When I asked for the number no one know what the number was and I had to beg to speak with a manager (Shawn Agent number 25693) if that is even his real name or agent number. Be warned they are scammers and when they get a chance, they will steal and lie to keep you as a customer then overcharge for a crazy service that is inaccurate.
