FreeCreditReport.com They used an EXPIRED credit card to continue charging fees by hacking my credit card information and using a computer generated program that obtained the information without authorization. Irvine, California
There is FRAUD in addition the difficult cancellation process; trust me ALWAYS copy and save information in the Fine Print Agreement for dispute/cancellation.
This company admitted on the phone to me that they use a computer program to auto generate new expiration dates for expired credit cards!
They will hack or guess your new expiration date using a computer program and make UNAUTHORIZED charges to your credit card.
You cannot file a complaint without a police report then they tell me. So, I have filed with IC3 as should all of you.
Your new credit card comes with a different security code on the back, but this company is allowed to charge you without your security code. BE WARNED.
Go through your bank to get your credit report and avoid these scammers!
