ON DECEMBER 22, 2018, I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A DEBIT TO MY ACCOUNT FROM SRVTS.COM. I WENT ONLINE AND DISCOVERED THAT SRVTS.COM IS FREECREDITSCORE.COM. I CALLED FREECREDITSCORE.COM AND AFTER CALLING THREE (3) TIMES; EACH TIME REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND NO SUPERVISOR WOULD ACCEPT MY CALL; 40 MINUTES LATER A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE STATED THAT FREECREDITSCORE.COM WOULD REFUND $39.90 TO MY ACCOUNT AND CANCEL ANY FUTURE SUBSCRIPTIONS. INSTEAD, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT FREECREDITSCORE.COM WAS REFUNDING $1.00 TO MY ACCOUNT. I AM SO UPSET THAT I WASTED MY TIME. HOWEVER, I DID RECORD MY PHONE CONVERSATION WITH FREECREDITSCORE.COM. AND I INTEND TO FILE A LAWSUIT AND FILE A REPORT WITH THE FBI CYBER CRIME DIVISION.
I STRONGLY URGE THAT ALL CONSUMERS AUDIO RECORD ALL TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH FREECREDITSCORE.COM AS THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND THIS WAY YOU WILL HAVE EVIDENCE TO PURSUE A CLAIM FOR DAMAGES. LETS GET THIS BUSINESS CLOSED. IT SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF TEXAS!!! THANK YOU.
