Freedom Motors SENT MY AUTO TO AUCTION RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER MY NOSE WICHITA FALLS, Texas
I was financing a car through this company. They had repoe'd it on a Tuesday from my home. I contacted the office manager next day and he told me that he would hold it for me to bring in the money I owed to get it back. Five days later i called and told him that I had the money I would bring it to him the next day. (by law he is supposed to hold it for 10 days before doing anything with it). He had told me that it wasn't there. I was told by him that he sent it to the auction the night before and had to get what was left owed on the vehicle. Never once did he apologize for what he did to me. I later ran into his tow truck man and he told me that was wrong what the guy did to me. And he said he disobeyed the law not holding it the 10 days. then 3 days later I saw it out on our local streets. I think I should be compensated by him getting shut down and closed for good. Other local car lot told me he already had complaints from current and former customers for him ripping them off. I even had stuff still in there. And I think he ought to compensate me some money back.
