Freedom Resource Aka Lenox Capital rip-off Nanuet New York
I just wanted everyone to know not to give up on getting your money back. I got my money back and you can also.
Like many of you I was also cursed at and lied to by this company. After the third time of calling them the woman that I spoke with used such language at me that if I was standing in front of her she would never be able to speak again for the rest of her life, but I was not so I did the next best thing and went to my local police department and filed a police report against her and the company.
The detective there was quite helpful and even called the company for me. Needless to say they were extremely nice to him. He advised me to go back to my bank and even though it was past the 60 day period to get my money back my bank put them in for collection. I then immediately went to the town court house and filed suit against them.
I am in good standing with my community and fortunately this did not cost me anything. Although if I had to I would have gladly paid for the processing fee of $35.00 which when it was all over with they would have had to pay for that to.
So please go to your local police department and file a report then go to your bank and have them put them in for collection. It took me almost 4 months but as the old saying goes it is better late then never.
