Freedom Resource ripoff To say the least fraudulent ripoff business Woodstock Georgia
I have to say that unfortunatly my story is like all the others. I never pay attention to sales pitches from callers but for some reason I fell for this one and hard. Nov 2002 I recieved a call from Freedom Resources offering all kinds of lovely things..
A vacation, free gas, free groceries, a great long distance plan and a great credit card just in time for the holidays. Well I should have know ALL way too good to be true. I never recieved anything except the peice of paper they send you to request your refund. However what happened in the meantime has been horrendous.
I have spent my time and money trying to get my money back. On Nov 21st they took $221.95 out of my bank account, then in the following months I started noticing odd numbers coming out of my bank account to places I had never heard of in strange amounts like $49.95, so I called and they said that was the long distance courier, which I never used.
I was told I would be refunded that money although very rudely. I have never had a nice person talk to me since the first phone call I recieved with the offer. If this stops one person as I wish I had seen this before I applied I would be happy. I still want my money. I am a single mom and they screwed me and my son. They need to be reckoned with and put out of business.
