Freedom Resources rip-off & lied & stole from us Marieta Georgia
We have had about te same experience that everyone else has had. The guy that we talked to, Mark Oneil, out and out lied to us. I asked those specific questions and was given all the wrong answers.
In september my husband recieved a call from them and he handed the phone off to me. As I was talking to Mark I said this is too good to be true, his reply is "we are here to help".
I asked specifically what otherobligations went along with accepting this "credit card" and he said there was nothing that we just needed to sign the card when the packet arrived and it was ready to go.
In october about 3 weeks after we accepted the offer, I had a 50 dollar charge taken out of my account from an internet service that I had never heard of. Well that put my account over the limit, so I'm out another 80 bucks above the 221.95 initially.
I called the internet company d they gladlly refunded my money, But I was still out another 30 dollars because of the bank overdraft fee.
I have called the company 6 times in the last 5 months trying to get our money back plus the 30 for the bank charge to no avail.
Everytime I have asked to talk to a supervisor they have hung up on me. Talked to them one last time today and found out they are mailing me a refund, but only for 197.00. they took a fee out for processing the refund, when I never even recieved materials in the first place.
