Freedom Resources Ripped me off of $221.95 Woodstock Georgia
I was called a little after Thanksgiving, and I don't usually accept or even have the desire to talk to companies over the phone like this, but they made it sound too good to be true, and Christmas was around the corner, and I found this to be an advantage for my Christmas shopping so I gave them all the information they where looking for, name, Bank account#, Address, everything. After the 15-21 business days passed by I called the phone# that was given to me (678)239-0133 an lady answer the phone asking for my account#, and information. I complained about they where taking too long for my new credit card to be sent off; So I canceled it or at least I was canceling it, They sent a form to my house stating, "Cancellation form for refund please not there will be an $24.15 charge for proccesing your cancellation. At the bottom of the paper was an explaination box if you wanted your full refund back. I sat on it for a week or two, by that time it is the end of January, so I finally sent it in, and waited for a good 3 weeks for my refund check I was promissed. By this time I'm really angry so I tried again to call the number I was given, and this time I don't even get and ring or a operator, so I finally knew I was ripped off, don't know why it took me so long, but thats the trust I have in people. So right now I'm going to be working on getting my refund back, this one might be very hard, because of the longevity of this problem I had to face. but I would like to thank Ripoffreoprt.com I never knew there where website like this to check on fruad. thanks Kareem Oceanside, California
