WHY DVR IS NOT THE ANSWER!!!
With Freedom Security Systems all you get is a DVR. Loss Prevention Specialist not included. An LPS is just a commission only salesman. They won't come back unless you want to buy.
No software upgrades either.
read the white papers on the third generation of Surveillance. 2nd generation analog was CCTV and digital video recorder (DVR)
Now obsolete! Don't waste your money!

Freedom Systems prides itself not only on the quality of our products but more importantly on the people who sell, install and service our Loss Prevention Systems. We are the only company to offer a 5 year warranty, insuring client satisfaction with on-site service. Hundreds of satisfied clients have sent us testimonial letters stating how our system has increased the profits in their business and we recommend that everyone who reads this rebuttal visit our website to see for themselves. We understand that we can't please all of the people all of the time but in a service driven industry, we have received 0 complaints in the past 12 months and a total of only 4 in the past 5 years which were all resolved to the petitioners satisfaction. Our record is impeccable considering the fact that we have over 7000 clients and that our Loss Prevention Specialists consult with thousand of merchants year after year. From the lack of contact information on this complaint and the fact that service at Freedom is our number one priority, we have to conclude that Steven is a competitor not a client. If we're wrong Steven, and you truly are a client of Freedom, please come forward so we can resolve any issues you may have.
