Hired Freightrunner logistics from their website freightrunnerlogistics.com to move a car I bought in R.I. to Wi. They took 195.00 off my debit card. Several weeks later I contacted them because my car was still sitting in R.I. I talked to Ron Reeves the owner. He had explained to me that he had to fire an employee for substance abuse, and that the employee had cancelled many of his contracts. He said that he did not have a truck going to R.I. on his schedule. He told me that he would refund my money. I have called him several times about returning my 195.00.

I did talk to Nancy and explained that the dispatcher that took the order had been terminated.I never claimed to own the company,as I was also a dispatcher working from a different office than where the original order was taken online.I tried to find a truck to move her car even though it was not my order to move,and no truck was available.I then turned it over to the owner,Robert Poska for her card to be refunded.At no time did I lie to her or try to keep her money as I had no access to her debit card not the refund transaction.Her order was never taken by me,but I did try to rectify her order and get her car delivered.
