Freshstart Living, Freshstart Living Properties Montgomery Ltd. illegal conversion of property Salford, United Kingdom
Do NOT invest with Freshstart Living or Freshstart Investments.
They have stopped the guaranteed rent payments on Montgomery House in Manchester and have converted 30 student studios (or 'pods') into kitchens without the permission of the landlords (leaseholders) and without offering alternative pods. This in direct violation of the leases that were signed between Freshstart and the investor (the leaseholder).
Those leaseholders now have nothing to rent out or even to sell !!! Freshstart are clever scammers and so is the CEO, Charlie Cunningham. Please do NOT invest with this company

There is now a single collective forum to enable Investors in any of the Freshstart Living/FSL companies to voice any concerns/problems we may have had.
Please use it, and publish the following website address wherever you can. Hopefully, this will prove beneficial for the many people who have invested money in fresh start living property investments.
