Friendly Duck Affiliates are reported for abusing authors works and hosting multiple links to Usenet.Nl. I am the author of 2012 Meeting the Star Beings and filed 100+ DMCA takedown requests with Google on many pages scraping book descriptions from Amazon. Invariably every pages links to a Usenet.Nl download page and the 14 day trial listed below.

Usenet.Nl has its own reports for being dishonest, it offers a 14 day trial where one must still provide a credit card, and cancellation is then impossible. Then, people get threatened by debt collectors. For proof, see here:-

In recent times, upon deeper investigation, I found that it was actually Friendly Duck Affiliates that create the scraped pages, the affiliate links to Usenet.Nl and thus clearly profit from the abuse of authors, and those hoping to find the title on Usenet.Nl. See screenshots for the proof.

Usenet.Nl invariably (although not 100% of the time) do NOT have the content, but the subscriber is only told after signing up for the free trial. Cancellation is impossible and debt collector letters are inevitable.

It is clear that Friendly Duck have a part in it, see screenshots, and in the past, refused to work with me on the matter and continued the abuse. They also defaulted on a GBP 5,000 invoice for admin costs issued by my company, time spent writing countless DMCA notices.

As yet Friendly Duck have not made good, and continue supporting such abuse today.

More evidence of Friendly Duck Affiliates supporting Usenet.Nl Scam / Friendly Duck Affiliates billed 7,500 euros for damages to an authors livelihood

I want to upload some more screenshots that substantiate the claims that Friendly Duck Affiliates support the Usenet.Nl scam.

A google search for Usenet.Nl will show well over 1,000 separate complaints of unauthorized credit card charges. The scam (on the Usenet.Nl end) is that anyone signing up for a free trial looking to download some digital content, will find that the digital content is non-existent, a fact only determined after submitting billing details to Usenet.Nl.

Despite Usenet.Nl claiming they do not bill for a free trial, it is impossible to cancel, and then exorbitant amounts of fees are charged onto peoples credit and debit cards for claimed 'use of the service', even if one downloads nothing. Harassing debt collector letters are then sent by associates of Usenet.Nl demanding additional fees, and even then, cancellation of the Usenet.Nl so called free trial is impossible. There are so many Usenet.Nl complaints that many sites have ceased to endorse them.

With Friendly Duck Affiliates however, even today, they claim that Usenet.Nl offers the highest level of service (see image attached), whereas the truth is that the service is said by many to be fraudulent, dishonest, deceptive and untrustworthy, for Usenet.Nl have a documented history of absuing people's payment details.

The Friendly Duck Affiliate deception works as such.

Anyone, including any spammer or scammer, can create a fake website or blog post, for any digital product, such as an E-book, like this:-

http://projectsforpreschoolers.com/books/2012-meeting-the-star-beings-the-healing-of-humanity

and then post on their site a link to a PDF download which takes one to a Usenet.Nl download page (containing a Friendly Duck affiliate tracker code at the bottom)

Anyone then clicking download now will have to go through the Usenet.Nl so called 14 day free trial.

Friendly Duck Affiliates continue the behaviour to the present day and have no vetting procedure for affiliates, and continue to promote Usenet.Nl to this day as of high service.

Affiliates wanting to make money are instead advised to go elsewhere, for they may not be aware that signing up with Friendly Duck Affiliates, promotes the Usenet.Nl scam.

Friendly Duck Affiliates have also been billed 7,500 euros for admin and time expenses in abusing the Meeting the Star Beings work in this way, over 100 times during the last 12-18 months.
