Frontier Utilities has a billing system that is not made for the consumer! Began electrical services for a 1 bedroom apartment in November 2014. A $150.00 deposit was made over a 3 month period. December 2014 to May 2015 showed a credit on my monthly bill my bill avearged $8.50 per month, February 2015 bill was -$57.71 bill was $8.80, March 2015 -$48.91 bill was $8.80, April 2015 -$40.12 bill was $8.79, May 2015 was -$31.36 bill was $8.76 and in June 2015 bill was $146.12 meter read 1,426 of usage. Mind you I am only at this 1 bedroom apartment 2 times a week. There are power outages at least once or twice a week, clocks are usually blinking 12:00 often. Spoke with Frontier Utilities 4 times since June 25 when the bill was sent to me and they have played games of putting people on the phone that is really not a supervisor. I have demanded the meter be read 3 times and now on the 4th call to Frontier Utilities they informed me I will now have to pay for the meter reading. Called Center Point Energy and was on hold for 28 minutes; that was a useless call. Frontier Utilities will place a customer on hold for more than 38 minutes; in hopes that you hang up and they will not have to assist the customer. Frontier Utilities finally admit they made a mistake in the billing and now I have few days to pay the bill. I was given an courtesy extension to pay the bill; until the 27th of July. I don't think it is my problem that the meter was not read in a timely manner and the bill was done in error, the bill should only be for June 2015 and not the other months since I was not notifed until June 24, 2015. All I can say is, do not use Frontier Utilities they are not customer friendly or have a desire to listen to what the customer is telling them.

Frontier Utilites just sent me another bill for $455.00 going back to November of 2013. What kind of utility company holds a bill for over 6 month almost 9 months. Now the utility bill is higher than my vehicle payment and almost as much as my rent.
