After our new pool was installed - owner, Bobby McCullah began avoiding telephone calls regarding improper installation. Mr. McCullah was very unprofessional during the entire process, as he began telling me his personal problems and using such as means for several no-show’s and canceling appointments for repairs. The pool was installed on May 16th, 2013, and Mr. McCullah was made aware the same day of several installation issues that would need immediate repair, such as ruts and bulges in the bottom floor, also, the middle drain was not dug deep enough therefore causing it to be unleveled and was sticking up, causing people to stub toes etc... After several attempts to reach Mr. McCullah for the necessary repairs, now we are in Mid-August 2013 and our pool has NEVER been repaired - nor has Mr. McCullah ever attempted to see the pool or deck which needed repair, this company is only out for your money and DOES NOT care at all about the customer or his reputation. As he has in the past, very simply created another fraud based company and continues to take peoples hard earned money - simply because he believes he is above others and can get away with this type of actions. Mr. Bobby McCullah is an extremely unprofessional person and should not be allowed to continue working in the Customer Service business - he has hung up on me several times during conversations, in addition to using profound language when un-necessary. Due to such neglect by Mr. McCullah, our "NEW POOL" is now leaking and could have been avoided had he followed through with his advertised, so called "BEST WARRANTY" in the business. Please beware of this individual as he is NOT as he seems. Also, note he has several aliases, such as Frontier Pool Deck Landscape, Texas Home Pool & Spa, Frontier Pools and B.W. Pool Installers and Home Repair. In addition, also note he has several different addresses being used, for instance, on the original quotation received (5/7/13) his address is listed as 510 Sammon Dr., Humble TX 77338, however, if you notice on his website, the office address is listed as 506 Sammon Dr., Humble TX 77338. As continue to dig deeper into this deceitful and fraudulent business practice by contacting the Better Business Bureau, not only did I discover another address listed, 502 Sammon Dr., Humble TX 77338 - I also found out that in the past, Frontier Pools / B.W. Pool Installers and Home Repair, had applied for a membership through the BBB and was REJECTED! If you should happen to do your own research you will also notice that his business has a BBB rating of "F" (F being the WORST rating). Please don't take my word, do your own research, start with Google and pull up each business names listed above, read the reports - they speak for themselves. Then, pull up the BBB website, again notice the different names and addresses listed, then take the time to read every single report listed on this website.. Notice the pattern, each story has the same unfortunate ending. This advice is give as a result of me simply taking someone for their word - huge mistake! It is a shame this man is still allowed to do business. Please do NOT be misled by this man - he should not be trusted with YOUR HARD EARDED money - it means nothing to him. My intentions were made very clear once my wife told me that during a recent conversation with Mr. McCullah (7-22-13 @ 2:38 pm) as one last attempt to resolve things, she was told he would try to fit us in the following Wednesday, which would have been 7/31/13. After my wife mentioned we were hoping to have the pool fixed for her birthday, 7/30 - shortly after, Mr. McCullah very politely asked my wife to send a picture of her by the pool, as he stated to her, "just to put a face with a name". He did mention it was not for any other reason other than just putting a face with a name. Soon after the request was made for the photo, Bobby told my wife that he would see how quickly his current repair job went and MAYBE, just maybe he would be able to fit us into his schedule our repairs for the Wednesday, the 24th. However, after not receiving the photos asked for, well, you can imagine the repair date was then reset for the 2nd week of August BUT no later than the 1st week of September. BEWARE of who you and your family are doing business with... lesson learned!
