We are a small contractor in Utah and have done work for this company for 11 years. They have changed their name a few times over the years. They pay some of the invoices, but do not pay the majority of the invoices. I am owed over $100,000. I am fighting with them now, but have an attorney and an accountant who will eventually have to get them to pay, and I hope to get interest and attorney's fees. I will repost as time goes on and let you all know what transpires. If there are others out there who want to jump in and file a class action suit, email me at tpsuites at gmail dot com.
Officers of the company do not return phone calls. They are Kristen Bunnell, Thomas Hutzel, Brian French, Moses Carrasco and Joseph Scaretta.
