  Late September 2015 purchased a 2008 Winnebago destination from Frost RV LLC. In the test drive the alarm system on the hydraulic jack system went off. The purchase was to take place when the Jack system was repaired/fixed and operational. Frost RV service had the 2008 from the latter part of September to November 23, 2015. I made the first payment on the rag and I never had it in my possession. I would not take possession of the rig until it was fixed. On 11-23- 2015 I signed a extended warranty for the tires and the coach. Over $3100 plus I gave them $1000 for the tires during the sale agreement. November 23, 2015 told me and assured me that the coach was fixed. To this day it is not fixed almost a year later. This is October 21, 2016. I have tried to work with Company for this period of time. They have changed the service staff least twice While this has been going on. I have to start over with new people every time. The warranty on the pump Lippert hydraulic pump will be up this year and it still isn't fixed. They're telling me that Lippert is dragging their feet and they're telling me the warranty RV elite + is dragging there feet. They keep passing the buck back and forth in the office and outside of the office. I have been shoved to the back burner for almost a year now. They have wasted a whole year of my extended warranty. I have not been able to drive the rig anywhere because the alarm system goes off. I have no idea if there's anything else wrong with the coach. Because I have not been able to use it. If you weeks back I had called and left word for Bruce to call me I never heard a response back I told them that I was going to seek legal action. I was called finally by Bruce frost. And I was threatened that I would not win the suit if I did take him to court and I was cursed that. I gave them until October 20, 2016 to get this fixed either replace the pump or get the parts. There's always an excuse. I can't afford to waste anymore time with lies and excuses . I am the victim here.

I WOULD OF IMAGINED SHE WOULD OF TAKEN THIS DOWN ALREADY. HOWEVER THIS WAS A MANAFACTURER ISSUE WITH A JACK & HYDRAULIC PUMP, WE CHANGED THE ENTIRE SYSTEM OUT UNDER WARRANTY & SOMETIMES ITS A SLOW PROCESS DEALING WITH A MANAFUCTURER.

FROST RV DID STAND BEHIND HER AND DID THE WORK AUTHORIZED.

WE ENDED UP SELLING HER ANOTHER MOTORHOME AS THE ONE PURCHASED SHE WAS DISSASTIFIED WITH THE

WAY THE JACKS WERE DESIGNED.

FROST RV IS IN GOOD STANDING WITH THIS CUSTOMER NOW & SHE WAS JUST IN A FEW WEEKS BACK FOR SOME SERVICE WORK SHE WANTED DONE.
