Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Brian Stephenson (aka Bagga Bee) sent me a mock up as a proposal. I decided to hire him to design my new website and paid him a deposit of $100 on November 2, 2014. His agreement was to pay in installments of $100 per month and to launch the preliminary website for the Christmas season.

Around Thanksgiving week, I asked him about the lauch. He said he was awaiting a check from me. I sent him another $103 via Paypal and then another check for $100 on December 20th. I held back the other $200 which I had all intentions of giving to him (having realized that he seemed desperate for money but not comfortable) as I was seeing no progress. Mr. Stephenson accepted and encashed all monies. On Christmas Eve I asked him to migrate my existing Broadcast page to the new host. He said he was with family and migrating the page was not a part of his agreement with me. I accepted that and said ok and told him I would find someone else to do this. Still no evidence of his work or a further mock up to show he was working toward my January launch.

On January 1, 2015 the person who I got to migrate my existing page informed that they were ready to do so but the page was missing. Mr. Stephenson redirected my page to a dead site during one of my partners' live broadcast. I tried to get in touch with him without success. I called Go Daddy who told me that he had gone into the account, changed the settings including the IP address and which is why the page was no longer active. Blue Host my new website host, activated the page and told me that nothing was done except the word press set up. There was no content. They advised me to track my web designer.

I eventually found another web designer who was able to get my broadcast up on tune in. We changed all passwords and locked Brian Stephenson out of all my accounts. I then wrote him to tell him of my displeasure at his dishonesty. Then he responded to say he couldn't deliver my files as I owed him $200 (so much different from the agreement we had) and "see you in court" where I informed him I would be going to recover my money.

Due to this individuals dishonesty, I am now in the process of processing credits to my Broadcast partners. I have been without my site for more than 48  hours, losing revenue amounting to almost $3000. In addition I have just given a dishonesst individual $300 for nothing. Money that I could have used for personal needs.

Please be warned. We have researched Mr. Stephenson and found out that he is doing business without reporting income. His companies are dormant and he has been fired by a popular South Florida Radio Station for similar issues.

I am now working on recovering my losses through the court system and will be filing a claim again him and his dormant companies in a few days. Do Not Use The Service of this individual. You will get burned.

I used both online credit and checks to pay him.
