Fulfillment - Colon MD Offerred 7 day trial of ACIA berry pills before billing full amount. Sent too late for trial. Davie Florida
This company offered a 7 day trial of ACIA berry pills. Contract was that 14 days after original order if contract was not cancelled because pills did not do as promised a full month's supply would be sent and billed. Original order was not sent until 8 days after MC was charged and 16 days after original order MC was billed for months supply. 7 day trial order did not arrive until 11 days after it was shipped. This was 8 days after MC was charged for a months supply. I caught this charge on my MC and contacted the call centre which fronts for the company. They informed me the original order was sent 8 days after I ordered it. Also though charged, the new order had not been sent and they did say they would cancel the MC charge. Obviously this is a form of RIPOFF as there is no way the order could be cancelled within the required 14 days if it didn't arrive till 19 days after order by which time the company is already putting through charges. I was fortunate that I check my MC every day. Others will not be so fortunate.
