Fuller Doge Chrysler Jeep Of Middletown ripoff New Hampton New York
In August of 2002 we bought a Suzuki XL7 from what was Middletown Dogde, Chrysler Jeep. We purchased the vehicl with 11,000 miles on it as a new vehicle. We also purchased the vehicle with the 7 year 100,000 mile warranty. Since purchasing the vehicle it now has about 63,000 miles on it. Since January of this year we had to replace the timing chain tensioner(due to recall), also replace the rear end, condensing fan for the air conditioner, the cross pipe for the exhuast system was rotted, the paint faded on the rockerpanels and wheel wells and was painted and now needs to repainted again. We had to pay out of pocket for the rear end and cross pipe.
This has been an extreme financial burden to us. We make our monthly payments every month as well as pay for all these repairs that the dealership refuses to do anything for.
Since the purchase of the vehicle, new owners took over and now say that we do not have the warranty that we were told we did at the purchase of the vehicle. Also, the rear end and cross pipe are known problems with Suzuki and they still refuse to do anything for us.
We live 60 miles away and are extremely upset. AS of today, we do not have the vehicle to drive due to the fact that yessterday blue smoke came out of exhaust and under the hood as well as sparks and we are waiting to get a response from our mechanic as to what the problem is.
Not only does this vehilce stinks so does the dealersip.
